INITIAL QUOTE
Once you complete the inquiry form, I’ll provide a preliminary quote based on your selected items and preferences. This gives us a clear starting point as we move toward a design that reflects your vision and needs.
consultation
If you would like, we connect for a one-on-one consultation to walk through your quote, discuss your ideas, and talk through materials, printing methods, and aesthetic direction. Once everything feels aligned, I’ll send over your contract and invoice to officially begin.
DESIGN
The design process is where we bring your vision to life. We pick colors, fonts, paper and embellishments together and you receive digital mockups at each stage. With unlimited revisions, we design until it feels just right. Your feedback is welcome throughout and the process is fun, visual, and collaborative!
production
Once you’ve approved the final design, I’ll prepare everything and move into production. Your final suite will be shipped directly to you for assembly, unless you’ve opted for this service. It’s then time to send them off and wait for the applause!

How long does the process take?
The full custom process takes six to ten weeks from inquiry to delivery. Starting early ensures time for design, revisions, printing, and a stress-free experience.
When should I mail my invitations?
Invitations should be mailed ten to twelve weeks before your wedding. For destination weddings or holiday weekends, mail earlier to give guests more time to make arrangements.
Can I get a physical sample of my design?
I don’t offer physical proofs of your specific design, but I can share samples of past work to help you feel confident in quality, materials, and style.
When should I start the custom process?
Ideally we would begin the custom invitation process six to eight months before your wedding. This allows time for creative collaboration, production, and mailing without feeling rushed or limited in options.
Do you offer envelope addressing?
I offer both digital envelope printing and hand-penned calligraphy. Choose the option that fits your style, timeline, and budget to create a polished, cohesive look.
Do my invitations come assembled?
Assembly is available for an additional fee. If you choose to do it yourself, I provide easy-to-follow instructions and helpful tips to guide you through every step.
What print options do you offer?
I offer digital printing for a clean, modern finish and letterpress for a luxurious, tactile feel. Both options are available across all custom invitation designs.
