Planning a wedding comes with plenty of questions and I'm here to help! Whether you're exploring custom wedding invitations, semi-custom stationery or day-of details, you'll find answers to some of the most common questions below. If you don't see what you're looking for, feel free to reach out!

Is it stationary or stationery?

You're not alone if you found me by searching for "wedding stationary"! While stationary means standing still, stationery refers to paper goods like invitations, Save the Dates, menus and place cards. The good news? Whether you searched for stationary or stationery, you've found the right place for beautiful wedding paper.

What is the difference between custom and semi-custom wedding invitations?

Custom invitations are designed completely from scratch and tailored to your wedding vision. Semi-custom invitations begin with a pre-designed collection that can be personalized with your wording, colors and embellishments. Both offer a one-on-one design experience but custom invitations provide the highest level of personalization.

What are semi-custom wedding invitations?

Semi-custom invitations are professionally designed suites that allow you to personalize colors, wording, embellishments and select design elements. They offer a beautiful balance of customization, quality and value without the investment of a fully custom design.

How much do wedding invitations cost?

Invitation investment varies based on quantity, printing method, embellishments and level of customization. Semi-custom suites start at $8 per suite, while custom invitation projects begin with a $750 design fee and a $2,000 minimum investment. Most custom invitation clients invest between $2,000 and $3,000.

When should I order my wedding invitations?

I recommend beginning the invitation process six to eight months before your wedding. This allows plenty of time for design, revisions, production and mailing without feeling rushed!

When should I mail my wedding invitations?

Most stationers recommend mailing between eight and twelve weeks before the wedding!

Do you offer Save the Dates?

Yes! Save the Dates are available in both custom and semi-custom formats. They are a wonderful way to announce your wedding and give guests ample time to plan for your celebration.

What is included in a wedding invitation suite?

A wedding invitation suite typically includes the invitation card, response card and envelopes. Additional pieces may include details cards, accommodations information, maps, envelope liners, wax seals, ribbon, vellum wraps and calligraphy.

Can I customize a semi-custom invitation design?

Absolutely! Semi-custom suites can be personalized with your wording, colors, envelope selections and embellishments. Additional customization options such as monograms, crests and graphic elements are available through the Design Upgrade.

What printing methods do you offer?

I offer digital printing and letterpress printing. Digital printing provides a beautiful and versatile option while letterpress creates a luxurious, tactile impression that many couples love for formal weddings.

What are day-of wedding details?

Day-of details are the paper goods used throughout your wedding day. These can include menus, place cards, escort cards, programs, table numbers, bar signs, favor tags and other printed pieces that enhance the guest experience.

Do my day-of items have to match my invitations?

Not at all! Though many couples choose to create a cohesive look by carrying design elements throughout their celebration. Day-of details can coordinate with existing invitations or be designed independently.

Can I order day-of stationery if I didn't purchase invitations from you?

Yes. While many clients choose both invitations and day-of details, I also work with couples who only need wedding day stationery. Invitation clients do receive a reduced minimum for day-of items.

When should I order day-of stationery?

I recommend reaching out three to four months before your wedding. Guest counts, seating arrangements, and final details are often not available until closer to the wedding date but planning ahead ensures a smooth process.

Do you work with couples outside of Florida?

Yes, yes, yes!! Invitations, Save the Dates and most stationery items can be shipped nationwide. Mirror rentals are available only within Central Florida.

Do you work directly with wedding planners?

Absolutely. I love collaborating with planners and vendor teams to create a seamless experience for couples. Whether you're working directly with me or through your planner, communication and organization are always a priority.
