INQUIRY
Start by reaching out to confirm availability and share your event details. I’ll guide you through the mirror options and suggest the best fit based on your needs, aesthetic, and venue.
booking
Once your selections are confirmed, you’ll receive a quote outlining rental, design, and lettering fees. After the deposit is placed, we’ll begin gathering design details and confirming delivery or pickup logistics.
dESIGN
You’ll receive a digital mockup of your mirror layout with up to two rounds of edits. This step ensures every name, phrase, and layout detail is perfect before the mirror is lettered by hand.
coordination
You may choose to pick up your mirror locally or arrange for delivery within 50 miles of Lake Mary, Florida. If delivered, I’ll handle setup, cleaning, and breakdown so everything is seamless and stress-free. If your mirror was picked up, it must be returned within the four-day rental window. Once returned and inspected, your security deposit will be refunded.
The Investment
There is a project minimum of $500 for local pickup and $750 for delivery, not including delivery fees. Each mirror includes a rental, design, and lettering fee depending on the sign type. A $300 refundable security deposit is required per mirror. Delivery fees range from $30 to $350 based on distance. The average cost for a welcome sign and seating chart is around $750.

When should I place my order?
As soon as you’ve decided you’re interested in my services, reach out! My design calendar fills up quickly so I suggest contacting me at least three months prior to your event date to secure your spot.
Where do you deliver? Can I pick up?
Delivery is available within a 50 mile radius of Lake Mary, FL (with exception) and delivery fees range from $30 to $350 depending on distance.
Venue delivery includes set up of the mirrors and final cleaning as well as tear down. If you’re getting married outside of Central Florida or want to discuss other options, we can absolutely coordinate a local pick up.
How many revisions are included?
Each mirror rental includes a design draft and two revisions. Additional revisions beyond this are $75 per round.
Is it all done by hand?
Yes! All elements on the mirror are hand written, giving it a truly custom and personalized look.
Can I rent just the mirror with no calligraphy?
To ensure the highest quality and consistency, Rosebud Calligraphy handles all the design and production aspects of the mirrors that are rented out. Mirrors are not available to rent without calligraphy services.
